What I wasn't prepared for was that a lot of people were out partying. I went past Karlstad library and sure enough, there were a bunch of young people standing there with their very loud pick-up truck idling (illegal) and playing very loud music (also illegal). I reported them to the police via the police telephone number (11414). Hopefully the police caught them and gave them massive fines for disturbance. Last time I checked a few years ago, it was a fine of 1 000 kr. I would have been more than happy to see when they fined them. However, I only saw 1 police car, but no police officers in Karlstad centre. **Please note** that very little is cut out. I put on my jeans over my cosy trousers, a down jacket over a warm jumper, spring/autumn gloves with thermal underwear underneath (another pair of gloves that are thin, like normal thermal underwear for the lower and upper parts of the body), a spring/autumn hat (warm enough), a balaclava for my neck, mouth, cheeks and nose, and a pair of regular socks and winter shoes. At first, my cheeks, hands and feet were cold, but the first two parts got warmer the longer I cycled. But my feet... my toes hurt when I got home, and they didn't warm up until a little over an hour later. But it was a refreshing bike ride, and now I've ‘felt the ground’. It is possible to cycle, but at the time of writing (the day after the video was recorded), it is probably more or less difficult to cycle, as it is very windy and it has snowed even more.
